We collect account information such as email address, account membership, role, payment checkout metadata, and support messages you send to us.

When you use the product workflow, we process prompts, product descriptions, reference image URLs, generated outputs, tags, result groups, workflow events, provider call metadata, moderation events, and credit ledger records.

We use data to authenticate users, operate account-scoped workflows, process payments and credits, prevent abuse, support moderation, diagnose failures, and provide customer support.

We do not claim ownership of customer product assets. You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to uploaded products, references, prompts, and generated commercial uses.

We may send workflow inputs and generated output metadata to AI, storage, payment, email, analytics, moderation, and infrastructure providers where needed to deliver the service.

Payment data is processed by the active payment provider. We store normalized payment events and credit ledger records, not full card details.

Generated assets and job history are retained while your account is active unless deleted under an account policy or support request. Operational records such as audit logs, payment events, abuse records, and credit ledger entries may be retained longer where needed for security, tax, fraud, dispute, or legal reasons.

Account deletion first disables access and schedules logical deletion. Physical deletion follows after retention windows expire and required legal or financial records are preserved or anonymized.
